Rico Brunner does not send energy and does not open a flow of energy. His work is concentrating on helping the person to activate their own energies. Through an activation of the own energies, the energy field then has exactly the energy it needs and the impact lasts longer. Every energy field produces its own energy, and only this energy is in the right combination for its own energy field. That’s why it is important to strengthen and activate the entire energy field of a person, so that it as a whole can produce more and sufficient own energy for it’s own energy field.

It makes sense to help yourself regularly by strengthening your energies because this can lead to you being better able to handle a physical or emotional crisis thanks to your inner strength.
