There are lots of ways to improve yourself personally in your emotional, physical, and spiritual development. I think it is very important however, when a person wishes to improve, one should do what is best for oneself and not fixate on one technique or one philosophy. Working on yourself also means concentrating more on oneself, in order to begin to sense more about oneself. It’s an important preliminary step from my point of view, to be more aware of oneself as the foundation to improvement. Working on oneself is all about getting closer to oneself over the long term and understanding and knowing oneself better.
One can certainly work alone on oneself, in the quiet moments, just remember it’s important to trust and listen to oneself, or learn to do this.
One of the most difficult processes in working on oneself is, to learn to pay attention to and respect oneself. This is not always easy in our time – one must often compromise. But don’t upset yourself, as long as you know it is a compromise. Compromising can be a problem if it is not recognized as such.
When you are working on yourself, you will discover the different sides of yourself – the so-called inner worlds and so achieve a deeper and more conscious insight into yourself.
Seeing these things can bring one to the realization that one’s own being is not static, but a changing one, like life itself.

When I perform a remote treatment, I look at the entire energy field and the soul structure of the individual including the past reincarnations, the present and the future life and the respective interactions between the two, the development processes, the energy field dynamics and much more. The advantage is seeing the entire picture of the person and not only a partial view of the energy fields, but a holistic one.

That’s how it’s possible that when I am doing a distance treatment, that I can recognize energy fields that are no longer functioning optimally because the root of the problem is in a past life long ago. I notice this because I follow the thread of life back and land at the point where the energy fields have been damaged. Then I give these energy fields enough room and strengthen them in the past where they are, so they reassume their original fitness. The result is that the person in the present feels that something has changed.

I maintain that strengthening these same energy fields only in the present probably would not lead to an optimal functioning, because the weak energy field could have negatively affected other unrelated energy fields in the past.
That’s why I believe it is very important to strengthen the energy fields there where they were damaged in order to bring the entire energy field into optimal functioning. In this case it is located in the past.
Unfortunately it’s often so that when certain energy fields have been damaged at the foundation or in the past, it’s very difficult and maybe even impossible, to fix them in the present. There have been too many changes in the energy field have been caused by compensation by other energy fields. That’s why it’s important when treating in the past, only to strengthen the energy fields that have been damaged there which leads to the entire energy field coming into harmony again.
