Foster your self-perception via inner strength
If self-perception is to be fostered, the path leads basically through inner strength and clarity. That’s why, from an energy viewpoint, it makes sense to work on inner strength rather than perception. Healthy self perception is a side effect of inner strength. If that were not the case, there would be the danger of your perception running your life rather than your self. Perception may not define the Self, but rather support the Self!
If inner strength is fostered, encouraged, and supported, then problems like depression, insecurity and even fear, begin to resolve themselves, to dissolve. Via this newly-acquired inner strength, you feel better and perceive better.
Only after you feel your own inner strength, then perception becomes a responsible partner who helps you in life.
Inner strength is the key to understanding and becoming aware of your own life. As soon as this happens, you automatically begin to shape your own perception and to support it. The advantage is that you now have the strength to deal with achieved perception normally and naturally.
