Meditation can help you relax

MeditationMeditation can help to relax you and support your inner strength. It’s not how long you meditate but that during the meditation you feel 100% at ease. That’s why the rule of thumb is, meditate for as long as you enjoy it and it makes you happy!

If you extend the meditation over the point where you begin to feel uneasy, it’s possible that this will not have an optimal effect on your life. That’s why the quality of the meditation makes the difference, whether it’s for a minute or 40 minutes – the length of time that you meditate does not determine the quality of your meditation!

If a person meditates regularly, then it could be that it just takes a few minutes to become centered and find the point of inner peace!

Meditation should never be a self-manipulation but instead a strengthening of your own being!
