The inner self can make the body sick.

If the inner self is out of balance, this can transfer to creating a disharmony in the body. It often takes time and patience for the inner self to recover its balance. Depending on why it got out of balance in the first place it can take different lengths of time until the inner spiritual self attains harmony again.

If the inner self falls out of balance on its own, it’s often easier to get it back on track. However, if the inner self is out of harmony due to an outside cause, it routinely takes longer to restore the inner harmony.

Just as the body does not get sick overnight, it follows that it takes the necessary time to heal it. That time is important because it actually speeds up the healing process. For instance, I can help a person restore their energies better and faster if they are giving themselves the needed time to heal – this increases the efficiency of the healing process in general.

Inner harmony is an important part of getting well, being and staying healthy.
