Mobbing is a phenomenon of the industrial age, but if you think mobbing is something new, it’s not. There have always been conflicts between people and the impudent one always wins. Not the stronger one but more often the bolder one.

That’s why in mobbing mostly the nice guys finish last and the disrespectful ones win.

It’s not about the fighting when you defend yourself in a mobbing, it’s about standing up for yourself. Nice people often confuse ‘standing up for oneself’ with ‘fighting back’ and remain in the defensive.

When a person begins to stand up for themselves and against the mobbing, it takes time to see results.

Anybody can experience mobbing. It happens to most people during their lifetime. Depending on how intense the experience is, it can leave scars and injuries.

The healing takes place by overcoming the fears that result out of the mobbing experience. Anyone can be a victim of mobbing and everyone can overcome it. It just takes time.
